Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Ingredients :

140 gr butter

100 gr brown sugar (I use blend palm sugar to make it smooth)

100 gr granulated sugar (I blender too)

1 egg

120 gr high protein flour

120 gr low protein flour

3/4 teaspoon baking soda

3/4 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 fine salt

180 chocolate chunk (small cut)

How to make :

1. with mixer, Mix the butter until soft, add the palm sugar and refined sugar, then mix again until it is evenly mixed (I refine the sugar to make it perfectly mixed)

2. Add the eggs, mixer again until blended

3. Add flour mixture and salt, then stir well using only a spatula. Finally add the  chocolate chunk.

4. Stir the mixture until it is even

5. Round the cookie dough (I use scoop ice cream, the smallest size can get 28 round cookies). Store in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

6. Remove the dough from the refrigerator. In the baking pan, you can add more chocolate chunk on top. Give space between cookie dough. Because  later the cookie will widen.

7. Bake in a preheated oven. Bake cookies with a temperature of 180 ° C for 18 minutes.

8. Cool on the cooling rack

9. The texture of this cookie is crispy on the edge and rather chewy in the middle. Cookies are wide and not thick.
